We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Belgium-Luxembourg Economic Union signed in the city of Brussels on 9 January 1987,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Belgium-Luxembourg Economic Union signed in the city of Brussels on 9 January 1987, is hereby approved.
Article II
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
