Royal Decree 17/77 Transferring Sheikh Muslim bin Muhammad Al-Omari from the Office of the Minister of State and Wali of Dhofar and Appointing Him as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75,

and after perusal of the Civil Service Law 27/75,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Sheikh Mussalam bin Mohammed Al-Amri is hereby transferred from the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar and appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force starting from 15 March 1977.
