Royal Decree 82/87 Ratifying the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement and the Agreement on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of the Netherlands

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 34/87 Authorising the Signing of the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement and the Agreement on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments Between the Government of the Sultanate and the Kingdom of the Netherlands,

and the mentioned agreements signed in Muscat on 19 September 1987,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement and the Agreement on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of the Netherlands are hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
