Note Regarding the Request to Declare Public Benefit Status for the Project to Construct A Boat Dock in the Shutaifi Area

Within the framework of the royal directives of His Majesty the Sultan, may God protect him, to take the necessary measures to establish a boat dock in the Shutaifi area, and the consequent re-planning of the area, the Ministry of Housing has prepared the masterplan for the project. Whereas the implementation of the project requires the expropriation of the land and real estate obstructing its path, the issuance of a royal decree is required to declare the public benefit status of the project in preparation for expropriation, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.
