Royal Decree 45/87 Appointing a Deputy President of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 38/87 Amending the Formation of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal and the Statute for Examining Claims and Requests for Arbitration Made Before It,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Hamad bin Mohammed bin Hamdan Al-Sharji is hereby appointed Deputy President of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
