We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the decisions of the First Conference of the Ministers of Information of the Arab States of the Gulf held in Abu Dhabi on 2 Muharram 1396 corresponding to 4 April 1976,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Agreement Establishing the Joint Programme Production Institution resulting from the mentioned Conference of Ministers of Information of the Arab States of the Gulf is hereby ratified.
Article 2
Competent entities shall deposit the instruments of ratification in accordance with the terms of the mentioned agreement.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
