Royal Decree 29/87 Ratifying the Air Services Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 69/86 Authorising the Minister of Transportation to Sign the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 28 February 1987,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
