We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of articles 6 and 60 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 46/73 issued on 26 December 1973, and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Adel Mohammed Said Fadhel is hereby appointed to the grade of Counsellor at the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 September 1974 and must be published in the Official Gazette.
