We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Agreement Establishing the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa between the governments of the Arab League, signed on 11 March 1974.
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Agreement Establishing the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa and the basic statute annexed to it are hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
