We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement on the Establishment of the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait signed in Kuwait on 20 November 1978,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The documents of the accession of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to the mentioned Agreement on the Establishment of the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait is hereby ratified.
Article 2
The relevant entities in the Sultanate shall implement the provisions of the mentioned agreement, each within the limits of its mandate.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
