Royal Decree 67/80 Transferring the Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Diwan of Royal Protocol to the Grade of Deputy Head

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 46/80 on the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Protocol of His Majesty the Sultan,

and Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Statute of the Officers of the Diwan of Protocol of His Majesty the Sultan,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Law concerning the Statute of the Officers of the Diwan of Protocol, Major Khalfan Khamis Al-Busaidi, Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Diwan of Protocol, is hereby transferred to the grade of “Deputy Head”, with the same title as his current job.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
