We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Major General Nasser bin Saleh bin Saud Al-Maawali is hereby appointed Secretary General for Liaison and Coordination.
Article II
Brigadier General Idris bin Abdulrahman bin Hamoud Al-Kindi is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed Secretary General of the National Security Council.
Article III
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
