Royal Decree 110/2025 Ratifying the Air Services Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Air Services Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica signed in the city of Punta Cana on 10 November 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 108/2025 Appointing a Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the World Tourism Organization in Madrid

Consolidated Text Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, and the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps issued by Royal Decree 22/2025, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Thamer bin Fayez bin Khalfan Al-Alawi, Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, is hereby appointed a permanent representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the World Tourism Organization in Madrid.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance. Issued on: 1 Rajab 1447 Corresponding to: 22 December 2025
