We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Dr Samira bint Mohammed bin Moosa Al-Moosa the Permanent Representative of the Sultanate to the UNESCO is hereby granted the title of Ambassador.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

An embassy of the Sultanate of Oman is hereby established in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance
