We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Tourism Law issued by Royal Decree 33/2002,
and Royal Decree 117/2006 Forming the Ministerial Committee for Tourism,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Ministerial Committee for Tourism is hereby dissolved and its mandates are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Tourism.
Article II
All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Belgium for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income signed in the city of Muscat on 17 Dhu Al-Hijja 1329, corresponding to 16 December 2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Sheikh Humaid bin Ali bin Sultan Al-Maani, Our ambassador to the Republic of India, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Singapore.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
