the Internal Regulation of Majlis Al-Dawla issued by Royal Decree 87/97,

the Internal Regulation of Majlis Al-Shura issued by Royal Decree 88/97,

and the Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity for Omani Officers of the Diwan of Royal Court issued by Royal Decree 86/96,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the mentioned Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity for Omani Officers of the Diwan of Royal Court hereby apply in regard to the officers of Majlis Al-Dawla and Majlis Al-Shura.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
