We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 97/81 Establishing the Public Authority for Marketing Agricultural Products,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Said bin Nasser Al-Khusaibi is hereby appointed Executive President of the Public Authority for Marketing Agricultural Products and a member of its Board of Directors, transferred from the Ministry of Information.
Article 2
The executive president of the authority shall supervise its executive committee and shall prepare reports on its activity for the board of directors, in addition to other powers determined for him by the board.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Salim bin Said Al-Siyabi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information for Radio and Television Affairs.
Article 2
Ali bin Ahmed Al-Ansari is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information for Financial and Administrative Affairs, transferred from the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Suleiman bin Muhammad bin Suleiman Al-Balushi is hereby appointed Undersecretary for the Office of the Special Advisor to His Majesty the Sultan for Religious and Historical Affairs with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
