Royal Decree 49/74 Changing the Name of “Ministry of Information and Tourism” to the “Ministry of Information and Culture”

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

In pursuance of public interest,

hereby decide the following

The name of the Ministry of Information and Tourism is hereby changed to the Ministry of Information and Culture.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
