We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Transportation,
and after perusal of Ministerial Decisions ROM/4-A/4/9071 and ROM/4-A/4/9072 issued on 27 November 1974,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
We hereby ratify the matters provided in Decisions ROM/4-A/4/9071 and ROM/4-A/4/9072 appointing two assistant undersecretaries for the Directorate of Water and the Directorate of Transportation in the Ministry of Transportation.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree from its date, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
