Royal Decree 9/75 Issuing Economic Development Law 1 of 1975

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

In pursuance of public interest,

and on the basis of what was presented to Us by the Assistant Chairman of the Development Council,

Law 1/75 on economic development for the year 1975, the text of which is attached, shall apply as of 1 February 1975.

All ministers, each within their competence, shall implement this law, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
