We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
pursuant to article 2-4 of the Omani Nationality Law 1 of 1972 dated January 1972,
based on the matters presented by the Deputy Minister of Defence and Minister of Interior regarding the nomination for the acquisition of Omani nationality, and based on the long service rendered by the candidates to the Sultanate,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Omani nationality is hereby granted to the persons mentioned below:
