We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 6 of the Civil Service Law of 1975,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Assistant Chairman of the Development Council,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Civil Service Council is hereby formed as follows:
1. Minister of Royal Court Affairs
Chairman
2. Undersecretary of the Directorate General of Finance
Member
3. Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry
Member
4. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Member
5. Director General of the Diwan for Employee Affairs
Member
6. Director General of the Directorate General of Agriculture
Member
7. Director General of the Directorate General of Labour Affairs and Vocational Training
Member
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, each within his mandate, and it comes into force from 1 July 1975.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.
