In pursuance of public interest,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Chairman of the Tender Board,
Article 1
We have decided to recompose the Tender Board from the permanent members mentioned below:
Sayyid Thuwaini bin Shihab Chairman
His Excellency the Minister of Public Works Member
His Excellency the Minister of Transportation Member
His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Development Council Member
His Excellency the Undersecretary of Finance Member
A representative of the relevant ministry Member
His Excellency Undersecretary of the Ministry of Royal Diwan Affairs Member
Article 2
The board may seek the assistance of any number of experts and advisers it deems necessary.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.
