We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Education, and based on the provisions of article 17 of the Civil Service Law of 1975,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The services of Amer Ali Omair are hereby transferred from the Foreign Ministry to the Ministry of Education.
Article 2
Amer Ali Omair is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education.
Article 3
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
