We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
based on the provisions of articles 2, 3, and 4 of the Omani Nationality Law 1 of 1972 dated 1 January 1972, and given that the persons mentioned below meet all the conditions stipulated in those articles of the mentioned law.
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Omani nationality is hereby granted to the persons mentioned below:

3. Mohammed Saber Wali Dad Al-Hashmi
4. Jamea Ismail Jalal
5. Ibrahim Al-Haj Nasser Ibrahim

7. Haider Ali Hashim Fadel
8. Mahboub Rasul bin Wahaj Al-Rasul
9. Shahdad Mohammed Lal Mohammed Al-Zadjali
10. Ali Mahmoud Mohammed Al-Balushi
11. Ali Rajih Saleh Al-Yamani

13. Adam Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hashmi

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
