We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
based on the provisions of articles 2 and 3 of the Omani Nationality Law 1 of 1972 dated 1 January 1972, and given that the persons mentioned below meet all the conditions stipulated in those articles of the mentioned law.
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Omani nationality is hereby granted to the persons mentioned below:

4. Khalil Hamdan Hussein Tabash
5. Mohammed Bader Ali Shaat
6. Khair Atef Sarhan
7. Mahdi Mohammed Murtadha Al-Kashmiri
8. Nafousa Ibrahim Ahmed Odeh
9. Tufail Al-Rahman Mujib Al-Rahman
10. Murad Shahdad Murad Al-Balushi
11. Mohammed Abdulhamid Mohammed Abdulkarim
12. Fatima Salim Saif Al-Mamari

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and must be implemented on the date of its publication.
