We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments,
and after perusal of the Agreement on Cultural Cooperation Between the Governments of the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Kuwait signed in Kuwait City on 11 February 1974,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Education after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Agreement on Cultural Cooperation Between the Governments of the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Kuwait is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and is considered in force as of the date of its publication.
