We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 64 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Counsellor Mushtaq Abdullah Jaafar is hereby granted the title of Ambassador, and appointed Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Djibouti.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 November 1977, and must be published in the Official Gazette.
