Royal Decree 3/78 Transferring the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman in the Republic of Kenya to the Headquarters of the Foreign Ministry

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of article 14 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974, and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Ambassador Ahmed Hamoud Al-Harthy, Our ambassador to the Republic of Kenya, is hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.

Article 2

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 December 1977 and must be published in the Official Gazette.
