Royal Decree 27/78 Revoking Omani Nationality from a Person Who Acquired It by Virtue of Royal Decree 2/78

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

pursuant to article 11 of the Omani Nationality Law 1 of 1972,

and after perusal of Royal Decree 2/1978 Granting Omani Nationality to Certain Persons,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Qasim Najman Shaho is hereby revoked of the Omani nationality he acquired under Decree 2/1978.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
