Royal Decree 30/78 Depriving Omani Nationality from a Person Who Acquired It under Royal Decree 2/78

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

Pursuant to article 9 of the Omani Nationality Law 1 of 1972,

and after perusal of Royal Decree 2/1978 Granting Omani Nationality to Certain Persons,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Shiran Karim Bakhsh Shahbaz Khan is hereby deprived of the Omani nationality he acquired under Royal Decree 2/1978.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
