We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Civil Service Law 27/75, and in particular article 17 of it,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Abdullah Ali Al-Qatabi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Roads and Ports Affairs.
Article 2
Saif Salim Al-Maamari, Undersecretary of Planning Affairs in the Development Council, is hereby transferred and appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity and Water.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
