Royal Decree 47/78 Granting Omani Nationality to Some Persons Who Have Performed Long-Term Service in the Armed Forces

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

pursuant to article 2 of the Omani Nationality Law 1 of 1972 dated 1 January 1972,

and based on the long services rendered by the candidates in Our armed forces,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Omani nationality is hereby granted to the persons mentioned below:

1. Mohammed Ayaz Adam Al-Balushi

2. Sher Mohammed Khan Mohammed Noor Mohammed Al-Balushi

3. Mohammed Yar Mohammed Jamouk Al-Balushi

4. Yar Mohammed Sheikh Dawood bin Lala

5. Mohammed Ibrahim Amitan

6. Moosa Hassan Aziz

7. Faqir Mohammed Chakar Deen Mohammed Al-Balushi

8. Yaqoub bin Yar Mohammed bin Dad Mohammed Al-Balushi

9. Ghulam Mohammed Yaran Jar Shambeih

10. Miyah Sulaiman Shahmorad Al-Balushi

11. Saleh Yar Mohammed Saleh Al-Balushi

12. Sayad Mohammed Ghulam Mohammed Al-Balushi

13. Haider Hakim Dad Bir Mohammed

14. Mohammed Zaman Bai Khan Al-Balushi

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
