We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 64 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Counsller Abdullah Mohammed Al-Dhahab is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate to the Democratic Republic of the Sudan.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.
