We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 46/76 Establishing The Port Services Corporation SAO,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The capital of The Port Services Corporation is hereby reduced to two million Rial Omani.
Article 2
The capital must be subscribed to as follows:

Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
