Royal Decree 10/79 Correcting the Name of a Person Previously Granted Omani Nationality under Royal Decree 2/78

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Our Decree 2/78 dated 4 January 1978 regarding a list of those granted Omani nationality pursuant to article 2 of the Nationality Law 1/1972 dated 1 January 1972,

and in view of the distortion of the name mentioned under serial number 53 of that decree, which must be corrected,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The name of the person granted Omani nationality mentioned under serial number 53 of article 1 of Our mentioned Decree 2/78 is hereby corrected to read as follows:

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
