Royal Decree 39/79 Appointing Salim Mohammed Shaban Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Minerals and Hassan Abdullah Al-Murza Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 28/79,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Salim Mohammed Shaban is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Minerals.

Article II

Hassan Abdullah Al-Murza is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
