We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/1975 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement Establishing the Arab Industrial Development Organisation concluded between the members of the League of Arab States and signed on 15 May 1979,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Agreement Establishing the Arab Industrial Development Organisation is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
