We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement Establishing the Gulf Television Corporation concluded between the Government of the Sultanate and the Governments of the State of the United Arab Emirates, the State of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Iraq, the State of Qatar, and the State of Kuwait, signed in the city of Riyadh on 20 Safar 1397 corresponding to 8 February 1977,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Agreement Establishing the Gulf Television Corporation is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
