We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of articles 14 and 64 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Minister Plenipotentiary Salim Mohammed Al-Khusaibi is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the State of Kuwait.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
