We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the decisions of the Arab Postal Union approved by the Tenth Congress of the said union,
and article 28 of the Constitution of the Arab Postal Union,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following documents of the Arab Postal Union, as approved by its mentioned Tenth Congress, are hereby ratified:
(a) The First Additional Protocol to the Constitution of the Arab Postal Union.
(b) Decisions and recommendations.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
