We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Trade Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Republic of China signed in Beijing on 14 October 1980, which was signed on behalf of the Sultanate by the Minister of Commerce and Industry and which We have approved,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Trade Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Republic of China signed in Beijing on 14 October 1980 is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
