We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Sayyid Sultan bin Hamad bin Faisal, Head of Tribal Affairs at the Ministry of Royal Court Affairs, is hereby transferred to the first financial grade of the general schedule designated for an undersecretary of a ministry.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
