We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the initialled Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Sri Lanka on Governing Air Services Between Them,
and the Convention on International Civil Aviation signed at Chicago in 1944,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Sri Lanka on Governing Air Services Between Them.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
