We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement on Cultural, Health, and Media Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Republic of China,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The signing by Our ambassador to the People’s Republic of China of the Agreement on Cultural, Health, and Media Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People’s Republic of China is hereby approved.
Article 2
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
