Royal Decree 90/81 on the Minister of Education Assuming the Delegated Responsibilities of the Minister of Social Affairs and Labours in Addition to His Responsibilities

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Education shall, in addition to his responsibilities, assume the duties of the Acting Minister of Social Affairs and Labour.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
