We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 60/79 Regarding Additional Powers for the Musandam Development Committee,
and Royal Decree 95/81 Appointing Sayyid Al-Mu’tasim bin Hamoud bin Nasr Minister of State,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Al-Mu’tasim bin Hamoud bin Nasr hereby assumes the chairmanship of the Musandam Development Committee and shall follow up on the implementation of the decisions issued by it.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
