We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Cultural and Educational Cooperation Agreement between the Governments of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates initialled on 30 Rabi Al-Thani 1402 corresponding to 24 February 1982,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Cultural and Educational Cooperation Agreement between the Governments of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates, which was signed on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate and initialled by the Acting Minister of Education, Social Affairs, and Labour, is hereby approved.
Article 2
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
