Royal Decree 51/82 Authorising the Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the League of Arab States to Sign the Charter of the Islamic Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Charter of the Islamic Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization issued by the Eleventh Conference of Foreign Ministers of Islamic Countries by virtue of Decision 2/11-TH,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Ghalib Abdullah Jubran, the Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the League of Arab States, is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Charter of the Islamic Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
