We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement on the Exchange of Professional Competencies and Cooperation in the Social Field Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia, which was signed on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate by the Minister of Education and the Acting Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, in the city of Muscat on 21 Jumada Al-Awwal 1402 corresponding to 17 March 1982,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Agreement on the Exchange of Professional Competencies and Cooperation in the Social Field Between the Government of the Sultanate and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia is hereby approved.
Article 2
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
